 
             
        1.a All offers, orders and agreements of Luvia Blends are exclusively governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter: terms and conditions), to the exclusion of any other general terms and conditions.
1.b Accepting an offer or placing an order means that you accept the applicability of these terms and conditions.
2.a All offers from Luvia Blends are without obligation and Luvia Blends expressly reserves the right to change prices, particularly when this is necessary on the basis of regulations.
2.b An agreement is only concluded after acceptance of your order by Luvia Blends. Luvia Blends is entitled to refuse orders or to attach certain conditions to delivery, unless expressly stated otherwise. If an order is not accepted, Luvia Blends will notify within 7 working days after receipt of the order.
3.a The prices stated for the products and services offered are in Euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs, any taxes or other charges, unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing.
3.b Payment must be made before an order is sent.
3.c Payment can be made by bank transfer, Bancontact or electronic payment methods (Paypal, Bancontact, credit card, ...).
3.d If you are in default with any payment, Luvia Blends is entitled to suspend (the execution of) the relevant agreement and related agreements, or to terminate them.
4.a The delivery times stated by Luvia Blends are indicative only. Exceeding any delivery period does not give you the right to compensation nor the right to cancel your order or terminate the agreement, unless the exceeding of the delivery period is such that you cannot reasonably be expected to maintain the agreement. In that case, you are entitled to cancel the order or terminate the agreement insofar as necessary.
4.b Since we use transport companies, we can never guarantee delivery time. Luvia Blends cannot be held liable in this regard. We therefore expressly ask not to order at the last moment. Packages are normally shipped daily.
4.c When delivering food products, Luvia Blends ensures shipping that guarantees the quality and safety of the products. It is the customer's responsibility to store the products immediately after receipt according to the instructions on the packaging.
5.a The ownership of delivered products only transfers if you have paid everything you owe to Luvia Blends under any agreement. The risk regarding the products transfers to you at the moment of delivery.
6.a All products delivered by Luvia Blends have a reasonable expiry date upon shipment. The minimum shelf life is stated on the packaging.
6.b Luvia Blends does not guarantee that the products meet specific customer expectations, but does guarantee that the products upon delivery comply with legal requirements for food products.
6.c Allergens and ingredients are stated on the product page and on the packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to consult this information.
7.a You are obliged to check upon delivery whether the products correspond to the agreement and whether the packaging is undamaged. If this is not the case, you must inform Luvia Blends as soon as possible and in any case within 3 working days after delivery, at least after verification was reasonably possible, in writing and with reasons.
7.b If it is proven that the products do not correspond to the agreement or were delivered damaged, Luvia Blends has the choice to replace the relevant products upon their return with new products or to refund their invoice value.
7.c Complaints about the quality of the products are only handled if the products have been stored correctly and consumed within the expiry date.
8.a Luvia Blends cannot be held responsible for errors in orders or communication arising from technology (such as internet connections).
9.a Without prejudice to the other rights granted to it, Luvia Blends has the right, in case of force majeure, at its own discretion, to suspend the execution of your order or to terminate the agreement without judicial intervention, by notifying you in writing and without Luvia Blends being obliged to any compensation, unless this would be unacceptable in the given circumstances according to standards of reasonableness and fairness.
9.b Force majeure means any shortcoming that cannot be attributed to Luvia Blends, because it is not due to its fault and is not its responsibility under the law, legal act or prevailing views in commerce.
10.a If you provide an address to Luvia Blends, Luvia Blends is entitled to send all orders to that address, unless you provide Luvia Blends with another address to which your orders should be sent.
11.a In accordance with Belgian law, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from your purchase and request a refund.
